Remember Christmas Started with Christ!
Hey Everyone!!
Hope you all had a fabulous Thanksgiving! Praise the Lord for all His blessings He so graciously gives us! And don't you love that Christmas comes right after Thanksgiving? We can be thankful for the greatest gift that we could ever receive...God sending Jesus to be born on this Earth so that He would one day die for our sins and rise from the dead so that we can now ask Him to save us and be saved! WOW! What a gift! I encourage you this Christmas season to remember the reason we celebrate.
Remember the miracle that took place in Bethlehem many years ago.
Remember that Christmas started with Christ.
Remember that without God, you and I would have never been created.
Remember that God gave you the best gift you could ever recieve...by the way...have you received it?
Remember that Jesus gave His life for you.
Remember that Christmas is about Christ.
As we go about our days in December, try not to get caught up in all the craziness, and if it happens anyway (because many times it does), remember to step back and remember why you are really celebrating. You see Christmas is not about what we can get or even what we can give, but it is about the Giver of all things...and that is God! It is okay to give gifts and receive, God wants to bless us, just remember who truly is your Giver- God! Ask God to keep you in His Spirit this season and ask Him to help you remember the reason you celebrate. Christmas will mean much more :)

Isaiah 9:6 -"For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given: and the government shall be upon hHs shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
Luke 2:13-14- "And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men."
