The greatest love story

Hope you are all staying warm and dry! Valentines day is so quickly approaching us and it tends to just be a day of buying something special for the one you love, making it a huge day for stores and restaurants! But Valentines day is more than a boom in the floral and jewelry department...it's a day to remember the love that God so graciously gives us each day. It's a day to bask in the light of God's great love and know that He loves you and has given you the greatest gift you could ever need or receive! It's a day to celebrate whether you are married, single, or somewhere in between.  God loved you and loves you now more than any person on this Earth ever will.  You see, at Christmas, we celebrate God sending Jesus into the world, at Easter, we celebrate Jesus' resurrection from the dead and His salvation, Valentines day is the day we should celebrate God's love for us.   Remember to share God's love with others as well. Show His love to those around you this V-day and everyday really! Be sure to thank God for His love on Valentines and think about His great love toward you! We really should do this every day, but Valentines is a special day to think even more about His love! God gave His only Son for you! Jesus came to this Earth to redeem you from your sin and if you accept His gift of redemption, you have the best thing life offers! Remember what He gave for you...His life.  He is your true love story! So being single is no reason to pout this V-day, because if you have Jesus, you have so much more than any human could ever think to give! Celebrate in the romance of redemption!
